Sometimes my...I can relate to your post very much. Sometimes my head is a most dangerous place to be. For me, one thing that helps is to read or study something that actually addresses how uncomfortable I am in my own skin when I get that way. One of my favorites is Pema Chodron's "When Things Fall Apart". It's not program literature, but in my case, it really gets to the core of that "unease".
